TYPICAL 10 DAY MENU

    Day 1

L; Chicken, Garden Salad, Coleslaw

T; Chicken Thighs with prawns, cheese and garlic wrapped inside, Grilled Eggplant with cheese, Roast Pumpkin, Minted Baby Potato's, Catch of the day.

Day 2

B; Cereal, Toast, Orange Juice.

L; Fresh BBQ Fish, Garden Salad, Waldorf  Salad, Fruit Platter

T; BBQ, Rump Steak, Snags, Chops, Seasoned Drumsticks, Greek Salad, Catch of the day.

Day 3

B; Cereal, Toast, Eggs, Sausages, Hash Browns, Orange Juice

L; Fresh Fish wrapped in Foil with our secret ingredients, Garden Salad, Tortellini Salad.

T; Tom Yum Soup, Korma Drumsticks, Pineapple Salsa, Nasi Goreng, Catch of the day.

Day 4

B; Cereal, Toast, Orange Juice

L; Sashimi, Fresh Fish in our special Marinade, Oysters Kilpatrick a la Unreel, Garden Salad, Potato Salad, Fruit Platter.

T; Lemon Pepper Pork, Buttered Mushrooms, Zucchini Slice, Loaded Potato's, Catch of the Day

Day 5

B; Cereal, Toast, Croissants with Ham, Cheese and Pineapple, Orange Juice.

L; Cajun Spiced and Lemon Peppered grilled fish, Garden Salad, Pasta Salad

T; Stir Fry catch of the day, Stir Fry Beef with Egg Noodles.

Day 6

B; Cereal, Toast, Orange Juice.

L; Sashimi, Numus (pickled fish), Fish in Tempura batter and chips, Garden Salad, Fruit Platter.

T; Jims special Spaghetti Bolognese, Garlic Bread

Day 7

B; Cereal, Toast, Eggs, Bacon, Hash Browns, Orange Juice.

L; Mudcrabs with Chilli dipping sauce, Fresh grilled fish, Garden Salad, Coleslaw.

T; Apricot Chicken with Jasmati Rice, Catch of the Day.

Day 8

B; Cereal, Toast, Orange Juice.

L; Sashimi, Fresh BBQ fish, Garden Salad, Waldorf Salad.

T;  Beach BBQ Night, Coconut Lime Baked fish and Garlic Mayo fish parcels cooked in the coals, Garden Salad.

Day 9

B; Cereal, Toast, Snags, Bacon, Hash Browns, Orange Juice.

L; BBQ, Rump Steak, Snags, Chops, Fresh Fish, Potato Salad ( This BBQ is normally held at Silvergull Creek on a wood Barbie at the boat club)

T; Lamb Roast with veggies and all the trimmings.

Day 10

B; Cereal, Toast, Orange Juice.

L; Fresh Fish and Salad.

 

Museli Bars, Savory Cheese snacks, Vegimite etc snacks, Fruit, Tea, Coffee, Cold Water, cordial,and ice are always available at all times.

Pre dinner nibbles are served each night and usually consist of Salami's, assorted cheeses, Sundried Tomato's, Marinated Eggplant and Mushrooms, Nuts, Chips, Pickled Onions, Pate, Dips, and Biscuits.

Unlike most other operators we prepare our meals fresh daily and no meals are pre cooked and frozen.  We have the equipment on board to keep food fresh for 10 days.

All special dietary requirements can be catered for and if you do not eat seafood we can substitute the fish with another meat of your choice.
